Hello! I’ve just started my green card process with the agency who currently holds the rights to my E2 Visa. They contract my services out to other companies. I have found a niche in the market for my expertise and would like to consider setting up my own company and was wondering if anyone has found themselves in a similar situation? Will I have to wait until I have my green card or are there ways around my dilemma?
